Therapeutic Yoga Classes

Ingrid’s therapeutic yoga classes are suitable for seniors with health and mobility issues as well as anyone who is looking for a gentle yoga class to help reduce stress, increase strength and mobility and support happiness and well-being. These classes are currently offered online (on Zoom) on Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings.

Class highlights:

These classes suit older adults, people seeking to manage stress, and anyone who would benefit from a gentle yoga class. No experience with yoga is required. Participants should be able to safely get up from and down to the floor. Participants will learn gentle poses, breathing practices and other yoga tools designed to enhance strength, energy, balance, cognition and mood.

$20 per class
Registration is required.

Wednesdays from
4:15 PM to 5:30 PM

This community class is for seniors at all levels. Participants may use chairs for some or all of the class and they are encouraged to use a yoga mat. Participants will learn gentle poses, breathing practices and other yoga tools designed to enhance strength, energy, balance, cognition and mood.

$15 per class
